We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit paparazzibot.com, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what your rights are under UK GDPR.

What Data We Collect

Paparazzi Bot is a free-to-play social casino. You do not register an account and no payment data is ever collected. The personal data we do collect is limited to:

  • Technical log data — your IP address (anonymised within 24 hours), browser type and version, device type, pages visited, and time of visit. This is processed by Cloudflare as part of its CDN and security service.
  • Analytics data — anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are used for analytics purposes without your consent.
  • Contact enquiries — if you email us at support@paparazzibot.com, we collect your name (if provided) and email address solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Cookie-consent preference — stored locally in your browser as __cc_v1. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data described above to:

  • Deliver and secure the website (legitimate interest — UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (legitimate interest, only with aggregated/anonymous data).
  • Respond to your support enquiries (performance of a contract or pre-contract steps — UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Comply with legal obligations where required (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or targeted advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

Data Retention

Technical log data is anonymised within 24 hours and retained in aggregated form for up to 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for up to 12 months from the date of your last contact, then securely deleted. Cookie-consent records are stored in your browser for up to 12 months.

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for CDN, security (DDoS protection, bot management), and anonymous web analytics. Cloudflare may process your IP address as part of these services. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We do not embed third-party social widgets, video players, or advertising networks on paparazzibot.com. No data is passed to advertising platforms except where a visitor arrives via a paid campaign (see our Cookie Policy for details on advertising cookies).

International Transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network. Your data may be processed on servers outside the UK. Cloudflare relies on UK-approved international transfer mechanisms (UK IDTA or UK Adequacy decisions) for any such transfers. We do not make other international data transfers.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; ask us to erase your data where there is no lawful reason to keep it; object to processing based on legitimate interests; request that we restrict processing while a complaint is resolved; and data portability (where applicable).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@paparazzibot.com. We will respond within one calendar month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

Children

Paparazzi Bot is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be noted on the homepage.
